What was the Biggest challenge on this project, and how did we solve it?
- A fire caused by construction activity in a hazardous area destroyed an electrical room and critical electrical equipment. Our team quickly rerouted power from an unaffected electrical room and identified all replacement electrical equipment needs within the first 24 hours. We immediately engaged vendors to confirm material availability and expedited procurement through our supply chain, securing delivery within 48 hours—even over a weekend.
Where were we innovative or creative in our problem-solving or execution?
- We demonstrated innovation in material procurement by rapidly leveraging our panel shop, engaging vendors immediately, and identifying contingency options to ensure uninterrupted progress despite supply constraints.
What measurable value or impact did this project deliver to the client?
- The client was able to restart plant operations within four days of the fire, significantly minimizing downtime and operational impact.

Several items completed in one day at a cost lower than estimated. The total cost of the service Fuelcon performed was significantly less than the estimate I received. I’m planning to do my annual checkup here, and all my family will. I strongly recommend Fuelcon!
