PROJECT STORY
Modernizing critical drives without interrupting plant operations.
IPS supplied 25 new variable frequency drives and installed conduit, power conductors, and control conductors throughout the plant’s solids area.
Every replacement had to be carefully sequenced around an active facility. IPS investigated existing conditions and developed maintenance-of-plant-operations plans for each drive under a tight schedule.
Crews safely entered multiple manholes to complete the conductor pulls, then supported factory startup and training for City of Phoenix staff.
