Phase-1 included numerous modifications to the existing facility in preparation to set new equipment and required multiple, coordinated shutdowns/MOPOs.

Phase-2 included construction of a new twin-screw line, including new 4000-amp utility service with new SES/Utility feed. We designed and built a new control room with new 4000A MDB, multiple system control panels and VFD cabinet feeding 500HP Extruder Motor. IPS performed all power and controls wire coordination, distribution, and termination for all non-internal wiring of vendor/system panels as well as start-up and commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting with all applicable vendors
